James completed a full renovation of my house, inside and out, including a partial garage conversion, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience or the end result.
One of the things I appreciated most about James was how calm and easygoing he was throughout the whole process. Renovating can be stressful, but James never made it feel that way. I was constantly coming up with new ideas (including bringing back the curves and the blended Coastiterranean), and he was always happy to talk them through, work out what was and wasn’t possible, and find ways to bring my vision to life while being mindful of my budget.
His workmanship was also fantastic. When I eventually went on to sell the house, the building inspector actually commented that it was one of the best houses he had inspected in a long time in terms of workmanship and compliance with building standards. I think that says a lot about the quality of teams work!
I also have to give a special mention to Rachel, who was amazing throughout. At one point, I accidentally lost my payment tracker, and she reconciled all my past payments, which wasn’t straightforward as I’d been making two different types of payments. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
A huge thank you to both James and Rachel for making such a big renovation feel so manageable. I absolutely loved what we created, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
