MAJOR INTERNAL RENOVATION

A breath-taking transformation of this remarkable coastal home.

This internal renovation transformed a series of enclosed rooms into a light-filled, open-plan kitchen, living and dining space designed around the home's spectacular Avoca Beach outlook.

The existing layout was separated by several load-bearing walls, which were carefully removed and reconfigured to create a much more functional connection between the kitchen and living areas.

The new kitchen now forms the centre of the home, with the open-plan layout allowing natural light and ocean views to flow throughout the space.

The result is a contemporary coastal interior that makes much better use of the home's existing footprint while creating a more connected space for everyday living and entertaining.
