“Working with JRS was easy, this covers a lot of areas when starting a large renovation with many moving parts. We did a full kitchen remodel that included complete demolition, wall re-constructions, 75sqm of tiling and fully ducted a/c in all living areas and bedrooms which was added during the demo phase. The contract upfront was clear and understandable, no communication problems, professional trades onsite and all variations were discussed, understood and agreed before proceeding. JRS also were accommodating when we wanted a custom stainless steel benchtop, which caused a significant delay on our side that impacted the completion of the project. They worked with me to get through the delay caused by me and pulled it all together at the end to deliver a quality build in all areas.”

James, Rachel and their staff were very easy to communicate with and very prompt in getting back to us with any of our queries. The builders always arrived ready to start at 7am. Before they left in the afternoon they made sure the area where they had been working was left very clean. There was never any tradies rubbish left lying around, like you see on so many other building sites. We are incredibly happy with the office, ensuite and storage space that was added onto the back of our house, plus extra jobs we kept adding.
