It's also an opportunity for you to get to know us and decide whether we're the right builder for your project.

02 — Design & Planning

Turn your ideas into a workable plan

If you need help with design, we can work with trusted design professionals to help develop your project from the initial concept through to a set of plans ready for construction.

If you've already engaged a designer or have completed plans, we're equally happy to work alongside them.

Where required, we can also assist with coordinating the necessary approvals and documentation.

03 — Pricing & Contract

A clear understanding of what's involved

Once the scope and plans are sufficiently developed, we'll work through the project requirements and provide detailed pricing for the proposed works.

We'll make sure you understand what's included, what isn't, and any areas that may need further consideration before construction begins.

04 — Construction

Your project, properly managed

Once construction begins, James personally manages the project, working closely with our team and trusted trades and subcontractors throughout the build.

We'll keep you informed about progress, upcoming stages and any decisions that need to be made along the way.

Our focus is on maintaining a well-organised site, quality workmanship and clear communication from start to finish.

05 — Completion

The finished result

As your project approaches completion, we'll work through the final stages with you, addressing outstanding items and ensuring the completed works are ready for handover.

The goal isn't simply to finish the build—it's to leave you with a home you're genuinely happy to live in.
