Avoca Beach - Part 1

INTERNAL RENOVATION Project

By removing several load-bearing walls, we successfully integrated three separate rooms, creating an expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that takes full advantage of the breath-taking ocean views.

The design concept was carefully crafted to capitalise on the panoramic vistas of Avoca Beach, allowing natural light to flood the entire space and creating a harmonious connection between the interior and the mesmerising surroundings.

This transformation was nothing short of remarkable.  What was once a segmented and confined space, has been opened up to create a luxurious new kitchen that seamlessly flows into a spacious living area.

Whether enjoying a family meal, entertaining guests, or simply unwinding after a long day, this open-plan space truly captures the essence of coastal living.

This project showcases our commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every aspect of the design and execution was carefully considered, ensuring that the final result was nothing short of extraordinary.
