EXTERNAL RENOVATION Project
For this part of the project, we tackled the external renovation, focusing on the severely deteriorated timber deck at the rear of the home. With meticulous planning, we embarked on a journey to transform this outdoor space into a versatile and elegant area that perfectly complements the breath-taking ocean views.
The end result was the creation of three stunning tiled decks, layered across three levels, seamlessly blending with the existing landscape. The frameless glass balustrades provided unobstructed views, allowing the natural beauty of Avoca Beach to take centre stage.
The heart of this transformation is the existing inground pool, which serves as the centrepiece of the outdoor area. Surrounded by the newly constructed decks, it has become a focal point, offering a refreshing oasis for hot summer days and a picturesque backdrop for gatherings and socialising.
With the completion of Part 2, our Avoca Beach project stands as a testament to our dedication to creating harmonious living spaces that embrace the coastal lifestyle. The seamless integration of the outdoor space with the existing home and its surroundings truly brought this vision to life.
