RENOVATion Project
This project involved the rejuvenation of a three-bedroom, brick home in the beautiful coastal suburb of Wamberal. Our clients' brief was to create a stylish and functional family home that seamlessly blended contemporary design with eco-friendly practices. The transformation involved reimagining the internal layout, incorporating energy-efficient technologies, and utilising environmentally friendly building materials.
Various internal walls were reconfigured within the existing layout, allowing for optimal flow and improved functionality throughout. The integration of three Velux skylights facilitated the influx of natural light, while newly fitted double-glazed windows and doors bolstered energy efficiency and acoustic serenity.
Other noteworthy aspects of the project encompassed the introduction of a captivating feature fireplace that heightened the ambiance and visual appeal of the living room, and a uniquely designed kitchen and spacious butler's pantry which effortlessly combined elegance with practicality.
Throughout the entire space, new Tassie Oak select grade timber flooring was meticulously installed, ensuring smooth transitions between areas and a timeless allure. A modernised master ensuite, exuding contemporary elegance, complemented the overall transformation. The inclusion of a walk-in robe within the master suite, elevated by custom-crafted joinery, showcased a commitment to both aesthetics and utility.
The end result was a sophisticated dwelling that harmonised modern living with environmental consciousness, showcasing the potential for elegant and sustainable living in Wamberal. The unwavering commitment to modernising the residence's core facets highlights our client's dedication to an eco-friendly and delightful living environment. This project not only enhances the home's visual appeal, but also substantially amplifies its value, presenting an enticing opportunity for homeowners.
