Despite many challenges from inferior alterations made in the 70s from previous owners, he was able to provide within budget remedies to all the challenges we faced while still maintaining a very high standard of construction. “I cannot recommend JRS highly enough. I have dealt with numerous builders over the years, but JRS were the most professional and easy to work with. We did not know James when he quoted for the first project, but he was very clear on costs and expectations from day 1. If there was any change in the price we initially agreed, it was because we had made amendments. And those amendments were discussed, and James advised on what were the best options. We were delighted with the finished result. We had discussed our second larger project for over 5 years and had never felt comfortable with the discussions we had with other builders.
