“James and his tradesmen were first class throughout our entire build. From the moment we sat down with James we felt comfortable and at ease with his demeanour and attention to detail for the job. It was quite obvious to us why he had so many wonderful reviews, and it was an easy decision to choose JRS for our renovation. James was patient and understanding throughout the entire three month duration of the job, and managed any issue or query that came up with no fuss at all. We were always kept in the loop about what was happening and felt comfortable asking any questions that came up for us. The quality of work and finished product that James and his crew produce is exceptional and we will be looking to get JRS back when we do an additional stage of our renovation. A special mention to Rachel who was fantastic at checking in and keeping us informed of what was due and documents required from us.
